About Us
The primary aim of Model Prayer Ministries International (MPMI) is to share the Good News of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with those who have not yet received Him as their Lord and Savior. to this end, we will continue to prayerfully seek to open doors around the world to spread the Good News. We partner with nationals to carry the Gospel to the grassroots.
The Lord has called us to put all resources He makes available to us into soul winning. As we preach in each community, we also impact the lives of the people by visiting shutins, orphans, widows, and the sick, blessing them financially and materially.
- We hold prayer revivals
- We hold all-night prayer meetings
- We counsel the members and the general public on spiritual issues
- We pray for our leaders in all the countries where we operate
- We pray for peace and stability
- We conduct deliverance sessions for those afflicted by demons
- We encourage and assist jobless members to start micro income-generating projects.
- From time to time, we carry out feeding programmes
Sending Native Missionaries
Model Prayer Ministries International trains and sends native missionaries because they have proven extremely effective. They are already familiar with the language and culture, and they live at the level of the people they serve, thus removing many social barriers.
What we believe:
The word ‘model” in our name was chosen because we have made the Lord Jesus Christ our only role model. Members of the ministry are individually known as models.
Like Jesus, we believe in holiness as a way of life. We believe in fervent prayers. We accept the Holy Bible from Genesis to Revelation as our final authority in every matter. We believe in pure love among all believers, as well as love for all men. We believe in the Holy Trinity.
We believe that the future of Africa, India ,Pakistan, and indeed of all nations of the world is totally under the control of our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom all powers in Heaven and on earth have been given. This is why all men must get to know Him and accept Him as Lord and Savior. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one cometh unto the Father, except through Him!
Where We Work
Model Prayer Ministries are active on three continents, namely Africa, Asia and North America (USA). In Africa, Model Prayer Assemblies/Churches are in Congo Republic of), Democratic Republic of Congo, Namibia, Liberia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. In Asia, they are located in various parts of southern India, and also we have Church and ministry in Pakistan, and that would working in lots of areas, villages, in Pakistan, where we work among the poor and neglected peoples, for example the untouchables or dalits. We minister to the spiritual, physical and psychosocial needs of orphans, the aged, the poor and destitute, the sick and the lonely. In North America (USA), Model Prayer Ministries Headquarters is located in Cheverly, Maryland, right outside of the Nations Capital of Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
We also believe in partnering with other Christian ministries to bring the Gospel of our blessed Redeemer Jesus Christ to the unreached peoples of the world.
Our Mission
Mission Statement: To preach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to all nations of the world with all our hearts, with all our strength, with all our souls, with all our might, and with all the financial and material resources the Lord may place at our disposal; to disciple believers according to the injunction of our Lord, and observe the ordinances as laid down in the Scriptures; and to uphold the unity of the body until the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
